The VB.Net Developer will work with business analysts, programmers, clients, project managers, and sales in an entrepreneurial environment to enhance the company�s middleware repossession application framework.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

Analyze, design, and develop repossession business process management software.
Providing input into integration methodologies and development and coding standards.
Wear multiple hats; work alongside business analyst(s), project staff, sales, and management to review/buy-off on business requirements, develop processes, develop software to specifications, manage resources, and spearhead client implementations.

Design, run, and monitor software performance tests on new and existing programs to correct errors, identify areas for improvement, and debug.

Assist in the definition, development, and documentation of software�s business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with internal users and departments.

Develop and maintain application documentation.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Work with business analyst(s) to determine feasibility of project scopes and statements of work. Identify potential integration issues.

Participate in client meetings. Track and report project progress and issues.
Coach, mentor and motivate other project team members.

Requirements:

3-6 years experience in applications development programming and analysis with VB.Net, ASP.Net and AJAX.
3-6 years experience with OOP, Best Practices and 3 Tier Development.
3-6 years experience in with Microsoft SQL Server.
3-6 years agile programming experience.
Strong time management skills with the ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Ability to interface effectively with clients and internal (multi-disciplined) teams. Ability to effectively relay technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to contribute to common goals as a team member and in a self-directed, independent manner.
Entrepreneurial mindset; ability to flourish in a start-up environment within an $8B Fortune 300 corporation absolutely essential.

BA/BS degree or comparable experience.
Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis for any employer.

In Brief: Candidate with 3+ yrs of experience in .Net technologies( min 2-3Yrs on VB.Net and 3 - 4 Yrs on C#), Visual studio, worked on web services or web applications projects
