Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft Applications i.e. MS Office, Internet Explorer, Operating System issues, Issues related to Virus / Malware etc
Experience in troubleshooting connectivity related issues i.e. VPN, Wireless etc
Experience in troubleshooting Office Telephony, audio / video conference related issues
Experience in application support i.e. web or client based applications, In-house developed or Off-the-Shelf applications troubleshooting
Experience of working in SLA based environment
Understanding of Service Desk Environment and its day to day operations
Exposure to ID and Access Management (Active Directory and Application)
Exposure to handling mobile telephony based issue and co-ordination with telecom service providers
Exposure to ITIL based work environment
