HCL hiring IT professionals for their Engineering and R&D division with an educational qualification in BE / B Tech / MCA and with an experience of 3+ years for the roles of Lead Engineer, Tech / Project Lead, Tech / Project Manager & Architect in the following skills:

  1. High Speed Board Design / Signal Integrity, Analog / Mixed signal circuit design
  2. Datacom Testing:
  3. Protocols- Switching (VLAN, Trunking, Bridging, STP, RSTP, MSTP), Routing (OSPF, ISIS, BGP, MPLS,
  4. RSVP, LDP, Multicast, IPV4, IPV6)
  5. Test Automation – Perl, TCL/TK
  6. Test Tools – Spirent, IXIA, Agilent N2X
  7. Test Methodologies – Regression, System, Functional & Performance Testing,
  8. Linux Device Driver
  9. Open System: C++ Unix / Linux
  10. Storage: RAID, Clustering, Filesystem, Protocols (SAS, SATA, NFS, CIFS), Perl / TCL Scripting
  11. DTV / STB domain: C ++ Programmers, Middleware (DVB, MHEG, MPEG, ATSC)
  12. UI Design / development: Flex / Flash / Visual Design
  13. Performance testing: LoadRunner, HP Performance Centre
  14. Mechanical Design/Analysis:
    • Product Design-Sheet metal/Plastic design/Verification and Validation experience
    • Casting- Pneumatic/hydraulic valve/Gear box design experience Industrial Designer-Rhino/Alias experience
    • CAE/CFD- Ansys/Nastran with Hypermesh, FLUENT, ANSYS CFX, GAMBIT
    • Reliability Analyst- CAFTA, RELEX – Prediction and FTA Modules, RELIASOFT – Weibull, BlockSim
    • Technical Publication- AECMA Simplified English (PSC-85-16598), ATA Standard with Arbortext, Adobe FrameMaker, Quicksilver
