• Extensive experience in Enterprise Application Development (J2EE)
• Hands on experience in JSP, Servlets, Struts and EJB
• Knowledge in BFSI Domain is added advantage
• Excellent analytical and problem solving approach
• Knowledge on Quality process implementation
• Strong customer interaction skills / Client facing skills
• Very good communication skills (Written & Oral)
• Flexible to work both in development and production support environment
