- Should have written / reviewed test cases in his or her early years as a tester , and prepared Test Strategy as a test lead - Should have had a prior App dev / AVM delivery background with significant exposure to testing - Should have Excellent Communication and Client management capability. - Familiar with Testing models, processes, test estimation and common testing tools - Has done test project management, i.e. planning, test reporting, understands testing metrics - Familiar with targets that a Manager would have i.e. revenue, profitability, Utilization - Has led teams, i.e. assessed team members, planned their training and familiar with resourcing issues - Familiar with onsite offshore model and preferably has experience of working in client location for some time. |
