Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Should have good understanding of  Incident management & SLA management.
  • Monitoring of service calls to completion.
  • Ensure SLA’s are Met & Exceeded.
  • Apply company policies and procedures required to deliver high quality services to clients.
  •  Analyze recurring issues and implement corrective action plans.
  • Single point of contact for inquires and escalations through e-mails and phone.
  •  Identify potential SLA misses and escalate them according to the defined procedure.
  • Responsible for the SLA, C-Sat and Productivity metrics for  the assigned account.

Key Qualifications:

  • Overall 3 + years experience in BPO/ITES industry.
  • Should have worked in Voice based Process for at least 2 years.
  • Should be a graduate(Any graduation)
  •  Willingness and ability to work in shifts (24 x 7).
