Extensive experience in Core Java and J2EE.

Experience in JSP, Servlets, Struts, EJB, XML, AJAX, Spring, Hibernate ( all skills are not mandatory)

Knowledge in BFSI Domain is preferred

Excellent analytical and problem solving approach

Knowledge on Quality process implementation

Very good communication skills (Written & Oral)
