Project Manager

Project Manager – 10-12 years of Overall experience with minimum 5 Years in Microsoft technologies; experience, supplemented by technical expertise in architecting & designing Web / Windows based applications. Should have managed large scale projects in various delivery models; conversant with Quality Assurance processes; sound implementation knowledge of Project Management practices. An Inclination or Exposure to Presales activities like handling proposals, RFPs, etc. PMP certification is added advantage
 

Technical Architect(ASP / .Net / SQL server).

Build architecture & detailed design
Build use cases, Interact with client development manager on a regular basis
Manage developers, designers.
Drive the project from initiation to deployment   
Should have overall exp of 8 to 10yrs, with minimum of 2yrs exp as Architect.
Architecture experience in .Net 3.0/3.5 and SQL Server 2005/2008 would be advantage

Should be very good and hands on in Microsoft skills (ASP / .Net / SQL server).
Should be good at handling a team of 10-15 members.
Very good communication skills both written and verbal
Conceptualization and sketching skills.
Working knowledge of Web Technology.
Working experience in Advance technologies would be added advantage.
