1. Attend to customers’ queries and provide appropriate solutions.

2. Making them aware about the product of the company.

3. Generating leads for the sales team.

4.  Converting prospects into actual sales.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors Degree in any field

2. 1-3 yrs experience as Sale Coordinator

3. Experience in IT sales will add advantage

Desired Skills:

1. Contacting the customers and generating leads,

2. Candidate with experience in telemarketing or telesales from an IT industry,

3. Candidates should have excellent communication skill for IT Sales,

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Experience as a telecaller in IT industry will be preferred.
