Currently we are looking for a “Service Desk Analyst” for our Chennai Center.
Job Description:
Primary Responsibility will be Ticket Handling within the SLA.
Handling Inbound, Outbound Calls and Emails
Desired Profile:
Good Communication Skills,
Basic Computing Knowledge,
Interpersonal Skills,
Experience In bound, Out Bound Calls and Emails
Willingness to work in 24/7 Support which is on Rotation basis weekly Once
Experience: 1 – 2 Years of Call center or Customer Care Experience
OR
Fresher with Excellent Communication Skill
Education: Any Graduate except BE & MCA
