As I noted in my previous article there is a visible improvement in the job market in India. While the number of walkins being conducted has gone up, the walkins are restricted to only a handful of companies and 2 or 3 cities. That is not a desirable situation. I just realized that we did not have any relevant walkin for a user who has already appeared for HCL and TCS walkin in the last few months.

We can not change the fact that there are fewer companies conducting walkins now compared to the past. However we are determined to help our users by getting walkin interview from a larger number of companies. We at mywalkin are working really hard to get in touch with HRs of more companies for this purpose.
