Sr Software Engineer :

- Would be involved into design ,coding ,implementation and testing .
- would be involved into client interaction .

Technical Lead :

- Would be involved into design ,coding ,implementation and testing .
- Would be leading a team of software developers and test engineers
- Would be involved in client and delivery managers interaction

Desired Profile Sr Software Engineer /Tech Lead –

- should have minmum 4 to 6 years of experience in Java
- Proficient in Core Java, Swing ,JSP ,Servlets ,Struts
- should have good Exposure (Configuration, Trouble Shooting) on
application server, preferably Web Sphere
-Good knowledge of SQL, PLSQL /Oracle

Apart from being a good technical resource the person should also have:-

Good oral and written communication skills.
Excellent problem solving and logical reasoning skills
Strong interpersonal / customer relation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Commitment to quality and high standards.
