TECHNICAL ANALYST

Job Description

-Provision of 1st/2nd level internal support for the Product Deployment, resolving escalated issues by investigating, providing and implementing technical solutions.
-Management of ETS operations within agreed level of support hours.
-To work closely with all relevant IT services teams to ensure that environments operates fully within the organization network infrastructure and are accessible remotely.
-Responsibility for environment troubleshooting and database back-ups as per requirements.
-Regular inspection of maintenance activities and provide solution environments including real-time monitoring of availability and performance.
-Presenting statistics and data for manager’s reference.

Desired Candidate Profile

Primary Skill:

Knowledge and experience of
-Windows/Server 2000, XP, Windows 2003
-Desktop and Server applications (Active Directory Configuration, back-up tools, Sql Sever database administration – basic level, MS terminal services, Citrix Metaframe, VMWare, LAN/WAN/VPN connectivity.

Secondary Skill:

-Server clustering setup skills (MSCS, NLB etc)
-MSMQ Knowledge (Optional)
-Testing Skills (Optional)
-UNIX and scripting skills (Optional)
-Microsoft Operations Manager Knowledge (Optional)
-HP SAN Management and configuration (Optional)
-Oracle Experience (Optional)
-Testing Skills (Optional)

Proven experience in product installation and support.
Experience in demonstration environment build and support.
Existing Product knowledge (Desirable)
Experience:4 - 6 Years
