Analysis (Nastran / Patran / Ansys / Hypermesh /Abaqus / LS-Dyna / NVH) (Job Code: SA):
 

3-15 years ofexperience in design and stress analysis of aircraft structures/gas turbines/automobile/railways, etc. Good knowledge and hands-on experience in design, stress analysis and fatigue & damage tolerance. Ability to suggest alternate design and validate results using hand calculations. Experience in project management and team development is desirable.

AnyCad (Catia / UG / Pro-E / Solid Works) (Job Code: ANC):

Minimum 3 years of experience in Aero Structure Design involving design for improvement & modeling. Should be well versed with reading of engineering drawings, creation of manufacturing drawings of Aero structural components,GD&T and Drawing Standards. Hands-on experience using any one of the CAD packages like Catia V5/V4, Solidworks, UG and Pro-E, (Candidates with Catia V5 relational design experience will be preferred).

4-10 years experience in plastic component design, in the area of consumer products & manufacturing aspects.

Aero-Electrical Wire Harness Design (Job Code: EWHD):

Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical harness design, routing, layout drawings and components. Hands-on experience using E3D and dVISE will be preferred. Experience in preparation of electrical schematics for aircraft electrical systems will be an added advantage. Should have good analytical skills to read and understand electrical drawings. Experience in using design tools such as Catia V4/V5 will be a plus.

Avionics (Job Code: AV):

 3-12 years of experience in design, development and verification & validation in avionics domain. Experience in SDLC, Configuration management, exposure to modeling in UML.
Knowledge of RTCA DO-178B & certification process.Conversant with Verification & Validation activity.Knowledge of AFDX, CAN Protocol; Artisan, DOORs tool and CM tool would be an added advantage.
