Should have good knowledge in Windows Desktop Operating System (Windows XP)

Should have Lotus Notes clinet Knowledge

Able to Handle Virus Issues (Knowledge of Anti Virus)

Knowledge of Printer Installation & Configuration

Good Knowledge on Hardware & Network trouble shooting and LAN

Should have minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience as Desktop Support Engineer

Should possess good communication & interpersonal skills

Ready to work in 24/7 work environment
