* 4-6 Years of relevant experience

Provide technology support: Install servers, routers, networks, switches and system hardware; troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade, and provide solutions to complex hardware/software problems; alert management, help desk team, and other IT

groups when sensitive issues arise or major problems are suspected; minimize client productivity loss caused by technology outages, and provide necessary infrastructure for client to meet their business needs.

Ensure a stable performance environment for enterprise systems: Monitor and analyze problems that occur in the corporate network, identifying and solving problems as rapidly as possible; provide critical and essential service to locations enterprise wide.

Provide Support 24×7.

Excellent technical knowledge and aptitude in the areas of networks, networks topologies, workstations, servers, application software, and troubleshooting techniques.

Experience in effectively managing small to large projects in cross-functional and multi-cultural environments.

Broad range of LAN/WAN and desktop knowledge/skills are necessary:

Network: Switches, Ethernet, TCP/IP, SNMP, IP, DNS, DHCP, WINS, SMTP.

WAN/LAN management: CISCO, EIGRP, and OSPF.

Other: Checkpoint Firewall 1, Nortel VPN, Nokia Firewall appliance plus.

OS/application Knowldge: Unix,Windows 2000/2003 Server, Active Directory, Exchange

5.5/2003.

Desktop: Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP, Outlook, Explorer, and

Internet Explorer.
