J2ee Professionals with Spring Framework. (Systems Analyst/Tech Lead)

1) Should have Springs implementation experience. (mandatory)
2) Should have experience in Spring MVC, Spring and Hibernate (Hibernate knowledge is not mandatory) , Springs AOP, Springs transaction management and exception handling.
3) Knowledge on Hibernate and Springs Webflow will be a good value add.
4) Sound in Core Java and OOPS concepts.
5) Should have Design experience :
a. Experience in UML design and in designing modules on the Springs framework, should be able to design modules independently. Leading design initiatives experience would be a value add but not mandatory.
