Job Description:

• Develops and maintains Applications and Databases.
• Supports Helpdesk team.
• Project manages work responsibilities with other team members.
• Meets with clients to review open tickets.
• Resolves problems and handles projects in an efficient and courteous manner.
• Maintains confidential material and information appropriately.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Minimum 4 years of Applications Development using Visual Basic.
2. Experience with VB.Net a plus.
3. MSSQL 2000 & 2005 knowledge.
4. Minimum 1 year of Applications Development using ASP.NET.
5. Minimum 6 years Commercial Software Development.
6. White Box and Black Box Testing.
7. Strong oral & written communication skills.
8. Strong Project Management skills.
9. Telecom Expense Management industry experience a plus.
10. Professional Demeanor.
