Experience: 1 to 4 years 
Education : Non-Engineering Graduate (BCA, BSc, BBM, B.Com, BA)
Experience in Call Center / BPO voice process
Should be willing to work in 24 /7 -environment including US / Canada / UK shifts
Experience Email & Phone based L1 Support
Knowledge in Financial Services Domain is an advantage
Excellent communication skills (Written & Oral) is Mandatory
