Job Description:

Experience – 1 – 2 years
Work Location – Mumbai

Skills and Experience:

• Prior experience in performing Batch processing, installation of patches on servers will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in performing Control M jobs, PL/SQL Developer, and/or working on CMS (Case Management System) tickets will be an added advantage.
• Ability to adapt and think independently.
• Good communication and documentation practices, etc.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Ensure day to day coordination with the US team and other companion support teams for a smooth operation between teams.
• The resource will assist in application and batch support, often coordinating with various internal teams to research and resolve issues.
• Job responsibilities include monitoring system performance, optimization, maintenance etc.
• Must be a team player who is able to work with peers and other team members in solving range of known/unknown issues.
• Proficiency in Communication Skills & Relationship.
• Facilitate the sharing of best practices across the Team.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction (internal / external).
• Troubleshooting of home grown applications
• Execution of code/application installations
• Strong knowledge of Unix/ SQL
• Must be willing to work in night shifts & open to work in rotational shifts.
• Must be willing to work on weekends.

Certifications/ Licenses:
• MCSE/ Oracle/ SQL

Competencies (Mandatory)

Good knowledge of Unix.
Good knowledge of SQL scripts/ Query.

Note:

Candidates should be willing to join FIS in less than 30days time.
Excellent written and Oral communication – Mandatory.
