2.Excellent Customer Service Skills.
3.Excellent Communication Skills.
4.Sound Knowledge of the Credit Card Industry.
5.Candidates with Experience in Back Office Operations of Indian Card Providers will also be considered.
6.Ability to Analyze & Solve Technical Problems.
7.Good in Handling Charge Back & Retrievals.
8.Prior Experience in Credit Card Industry is an added Advantage.
