Manage end-user customer phone calls / Chat / E-mail /Remote.
Demonstrate effective typing and verbal communication skills
Document case information
Utilize the Phone System
Demonstrate efficient problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Demonstrate commitment to client/internal/customer satisfaction
Demonstrate basic technical knowledge
Up sell the product plans of the organization
Implement and act in accordance with the organizationâs information security policy
Protect assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification destruction or interference
Execute particular security processes or activities as may be assigned by the superior
Be accountable and responsible for actions taken
Report breach of security events or other security risks to the organization
24/7 shifts along with 2 consecutive off (Any Day)
