Responsibility:
Acquire knowledge on HSBC products and procedures.
Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve overseas customer queries.
Electronically process data and respond to customers queries pertaining to banking transaction from HSBC offices across the globe.
Skills/Exp. Required:
Excellent English communication skills.
Ability to interpret and handle complex numerical data.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills.
Good keyboard skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts.
